You must apply online annually for your State Certificate and pay the $35 application fee.
Have a Substance Policy. We provide you with a fill-in-the-blanks policy and legal updates.
Conduct limited drug testing. We can assist you with drug testing site referrals and discounts.
Conduct annual Employee Drug Education. We will supply free monthly education newsletters that meet this requirement.
Conduct annual Supervisor Training. We will supply free monthly education newsletters that meet this requirement.
Have a list of Treatment and Counseling Centers in your area. We will supply an annually updated list.
You must renew your certification with the State annually and supply a copy of your certification to your Workers’ Compensation insurance provider.
When you meet all requirements and are certified, your Workers’ Compensation insurance provider is required by law to give you a 7.5% reduction in premium.
