Event Center at Dade County High School
300 Tradition Drive, Trenton GA 30752
just 20 miles from downtown Chattanooga

The second annual Plum Nelly Depot Art Show is the perfect opportunity for artists in the tri-state area to exhibit and sell their original work! The show pays homage to the Plum Nelly arts festival held on Lookout Mountain in the ’40s and ’50s.  The fictional “depot” is based on the historic depot in Trenton.

Sponsored by the Public Arts Committee of the Alliance for Dade, the event will celebrate the arts heritage of the area.  And it serves as a way to improve commerce related to the arts – the Alliance wants the accomplished artists of Lookout Mountain, Sand Mountain, the valley, northeast Alabama and the Chattanooga area to thrive.

The committee is looking for a variety of original, handmade artistry, including jewelry, pottery, wooden items, photography, paintings and drawings, sculpture, glass, plastic and acrylic, clothing, accessories, or textile art.  Click on “Information for Artists” below for more details.

Exhibit space is 12’x12′.  the cost is $30 for Alliance for Dade Investors and $60 for Non-Investors. The deadline to register is August 1.
Payment must accompany your registration. Click on “Register Now” below.

The event will be promoted in print, radio, signage and social media and will be free for the public to attend.
